Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, only the final paid amount will be refunded. Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable unless required by law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions may require additional time before posting the refund to your account. If you've completed this step and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues promptly.
